Vendor Scorecard
Compute and render the vendor scorecard for the named vendor.
Required metrics
- Pass rate — last 30 days and last 90 days
- Hold rate — last 30 days
- On-time arrival rate — last 30 days
- Claim rate — count and dollar exposure, last 90 days
- Photo quality — average inspector rating, last 30 days
- Trend deltas — current 30d window vs 90d baseline; flag any metric moving by more than 5%
Tooling
Call lookup_vendor for the vendor record, then compare_vendors to compute deltas, and score_vendor to retrieve the canonical aggregate. If the vendor record is missing or stale (>14 days since last update), surface a freshness warning before the scorecard.
Rendering
Emit a TableCard with one row per metric and columns for current, baseline, delta, attention. If any metric crosses an attention threshold, append a two-sentence recommendation card (InfoCard with intent: "recommendation").
Provenance
Every metric must cite the events or projection it derives from. Trend deltas must cite both windows.
