Role-universal SOP templates. Tenant intranets inherit these and customize with tenant-specific door numbers, role hierarchy, dept entry sides, contacts.

Convention

• Filename: <role>-<process>.md (e.g., qc_inspector-arrival_inspection.md)
• doc_kind: sop
• audience: employee (role-scoped)
• Frontmatter must declare: role, process, version, last_validated_at

Roles (from Nathel reference; expanded as new tenants onboard)

foreman, receiver, box_man, checker, porter, delivery_driver, qc_inspector, dock_worker, dept_receiver, warehouse_worker

Round-trip

Edits to a Central template propagate to all tenants via the Taproot mirror sync (tenant intranets get the template at _taproot_mirror/sops/<role>-<process>.md). Tenant-specific overrides live at docs/sops/<role>-<process>.md in the tenant intranet and override the mirror at render time.
