FIN Production Parity Tracker
Companion to: FIN_PRODUCTION_PARITY_PROGRAM_2026-05-16.md
Purpose: A task is not signed off because the program says “done” — it is signed off only when the required proof is attached here. Every task carries severity (P0–P3), state, progress, owner, dependencies, and concrete proof artifact references.
This is the only authoritative status surface. The plan describes WHAT; this tracker enforces HOW MUCH IS REALLY DONE.

Surfaces “what landed today” + “what we extracted vs dropped” operationally. Subagent dispatched in parallel with V-101 integration branch creation. Total now 140 tasks; 117 Done; 18 NotStarted (+3); 5 Blocked; 2 Deferred. Mirror V-rows: V-210b, V-405b, V-506b, V-603b on Deploy+Verify tracker.
Last update 2026-05-16T23:00Z: RECONCILIATION PASS COMPLETE. Walked through every subagent return from session transcript + git log; flipped tracker rows to COMPLETED with proof artifact + commit SHA. 117 of 137 in-scope tasks now COMPLETED (was 60 explicit, +57 reconciled from subagent return contracts).
