workflow_change — GTIN parsing with less common application identifiers

The GTIN parsing logic has been updated to be more dynamic and correctly parse GTIN barcodes with less common application identifiers. While unsupported application identifiers are still not used for any data fields within Produce Pro, they will no longer prevent the parsing from working correctly for the remainder of the barcode.
