Building on last week’s shift from guarded proving into live, gate-first operation, this period turned that same discipline toward FIN’s communications and editorial surfaces. The most consequential work was the rapid hardening of the CHAN-001/Telnyx path and comms Phase 3 gates, pairing replay prep, bounded ACKs, provenance checks, and owner authorization with explicit merge closeouts. In parallel, the FIN Agentic Newsroom moved from execution program to live editorial pipeline, with dispatch rendering, progress-board aggregation, and site/front-page waves landing in quick succession.

Communications reliability took a major step forward with comms Phase 3 protections, including config presence proof and a provider prep gate in #1708 and #1705, tightening the conditions under which outbound channels can go live.
